What if the condo market is too expensive now? Should I wait?
Waiting may mean missing out on today’s lower interest rates or favourable entry prices. The key is not “when is the best time to buy,” but “what’s the right strategy for you now.” I help clients make data-backed decisions with clarity.
Can I keep my HDB and buy a condo as an investment?
Yes, but only after your MOP. You’ll also need to be prepared to pay ABSD on the condo. For most clients, selling the HDB first makes better financial sense.
How much loan can I get when upgrading from HDB to condo?
Your maximum loan depends on your age, income, and existing financial commitments. I’ll calculate your Loan-To-Value (LTV) and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) so you know your safe loan amount before shopping for a property.
How do I know if my HDB has already reached its peak value?
By analysing resale trends and comparing similar flats in your estate, we can identify if your flat is likely to appreciate further or if it’s time to cash out before prices plateau.
